Updated: 06/10/2020/14:00

Feeling Strong have moved their mental health drop-in service online via video chat. Open 3pm to 6pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. For further information see below.

We have set up a range of different pages that cover COVID-19 topics. These include: COVID-19 and mental health, news, local information and isolation activities.

Your Mental Health and Covid-19

It is important to look after our mental health and wellbeing, and COVID-19 may make this more challenging for people. We have put together some essential services and information to aid those people who might need a helping hand. If you are able to contribute to helping others (donations or time) get in contact via our online platforms. Thank you in advance for supporting your community.
